The Portland market, in particular, is fiercely competitive, demanding a combination of personalized interactions and unique brand identity. Louis Guidi and Tracy Gibbons, experienced brokers, approached my team and I seeking assistance in creating a locally rooted, distinctive, and relatable brand.

The Brand Identity

The brand subtly paid homage to Louis's family's store in San Diego, incorporating the idea of a sunfish in the logo. Navy was chosen as a serving color, symbolizing security and calmness, while cream and gold were used to give it a modern touch. The scripted font used in the logo adds an approachable and friendly vibe.
