I crafted simple yet inclusive illustrations that visually conveyed the book's concepts, ensuring clarity and accessibility for readers of diverse backgrounds. Collaborating closely with the Altus Growth Partners team, each illustration was meticulously designed to complement the narrative and enhance reader engagement. It was a fulfilling project aimed at empowering teams to thrive in today's dynamic work environment.
