Who is Pamela Partington?
A Team Oriented Creative Problem Solver.
After graduating from college in 2008, I pounded the pavement interviewing everywhere for my dream design job. The recession was happening at this time so this just-out-of-college fresh graphic designer with no experience was not getting any bites or nibbles. I took it upon myself to go on as many informal interviews with people who worked where I wanted to work so I could learn from them as well as create a network. This ended up leading me to join the world as a freelance designer, which was although not what I was wanting at the time, helped shape who I am today and eventually led me to full-time opportunities as an art director and then co-founding a business and promoting my experience level to being a creative director. As I said, it’s not the traditional route, but it’s the route that worked for me and has made me into the talented individual I am today!
What makes me the best at what I do?
I look at every project with the mindset that “nothing is impossible” and I go from there. I thrive when I get to creative problem solve and since I think in pictures it has served me well in my ability to translate clients’ ideas into innovative deliverables that have helped their businesses grow.
I love what I do and I bring that energy and attitude to every project or client I work with.
