In 2023, Clare Purvis approached me with a clear challenge: WELL had outgrown its grassroots origins and needed a brand identity that reflected its evolution into a powerful movement for women in healthcare leadership. WELL was no longer just a network—it had become a catalyst for systemic change in an industry where women make up over 70% of the workforce but remain underrepresented in senior leadership and decision-making roles.
